Coeur d’ Alene Mines Corporation, one of the world’s leading silver companies and significant gold producer, is seeking an IT Business Analyst  to join our corporate office staff in downtown Coeur d’Alene.  As a key member of the Corporate IT team, primary responsibilities will include implementing system enhancement projects and business process improvement strategies throughout the organization, identification and resolution of application issues and being an effective liaison between IT and the internal business customer.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience.  Oracle’s ERP Suite and functionality experience is required.  Additionally, this position requires a minimum of five years experience as a Business Analyst, a strong working knowledge of design and demonstrated ability to deploy PMI methodologies.  Experience in system and data base administration duties is a plus.
